into travel delays today. if you happen to take a flight out there, from san francisco to seattle because of the rain and wind. we have the snow to the cascades. do check with your flight carrier if you plan to travel out west. there could be lingering delays. as for baltimore, it is looking dry. as we see our temperatures map across the region. 28 at bwi. quiet conditions there. 28 in westminster and 27 in parkton. it is cool. at least we'll have clear skies. that will allow for temperatures to warm up into the afternoon. much less wind today. that makes all the difference in the forecast. yesterday that wind gusting up to 45 miles per hour did cause minor damage, minor power outages. maybe things got knocked over or destroyed. things will be much better today. right now mostly westerly winds, anywhere from about five to eight miles per hour. they're very light and they'll stay that way throughout the day. quite a bit of sunshine from baltimore down toward ocean city. temperatures ranging from about 47 in baltimore to closer to 40 as we get towards the lower eastern shore. topping 30s fo
